Data Processing Agreement

1. Scope
This Data Processing Agreement applies when Webhub processes personal data on behalf of a customer in the course of providing the service, and supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Roles
The customer is the controller of the personal data it submits to the platform; Reliable Communications s.r.o. acts as the processor and processes such data only on the customer’s documented instructions.
3. Sub-processors
We engage infrastructure and data providers as sub-processors under written agreements that impose equivalent obligations. A current list is available on request and customers are notified of changes.
4. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
5. Deletion and return
On termination of the service, personal data is deleted or returned to the customer, unless retention is required by law.
