Inviting teammates

Organizations today

When you sign up, Webhub creates an organization and makes you a member (owner). All projects, billing, and integration keys belong to that org.

What shipped:

• One org per signup flow
• Membership records with roles owner and member (everyone is owner in v1)
• Row-level isolation so org A cannot see org B’s projects

Invites — coming soon

Email invite links and a teammate admin UI are not shipped yet. You cannot add a second login to your org from the product today.

If multiple people need access before invites land, contact support for a manual arrangement, or have each person use a separate org (separate billing) — not ideal for shared workspaces.

What to expect later

A future release will let owners invite members by email, accept invites, and distinguish owner vs member permissions. The role enum is already in place so that rollout does not require a remodel.

Until then, treat the org as a single-operator workspace with shared billing readiness.
