Managing your subscription

Where billing lives

In the admin app open Workspace → Billing. You will see your current plan (if any), usage against limits, and actions to upgrade or manage payment details.

Subscribe or upgrade

1. Choose monthly or annual (−20%).
2. Pick Starter, Growth, or Scale — see Plans & limits.
3. Complete checkout (Stripe). You return to the admin app with the plan active.

If you hit a project or satellite gate, the UI offers an upgrade path to a higher plan.

Change payment method or cancel

Use the billing portal / manage actions on the Billing page to update the card or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the network stays live until then.

After cancel or past_due

Production actions that require an active subscription stay blocked until you resubscribe. Demo projects remain available so you can still explore the product.
